Komati Kruger Grande 5 Lodge is situated on a prime spot on the banks of the Crocodile River, near Komatipoort in Mpumalanga. This Self Catering Lodge overlooks the world famous Kruger National Park and is ideally situated for a relaxing get away.

It is approximately 1 hour's drive from KMI international airport near Nelspruit, and 5 hours drive from Johannesburg. The nearest gate to the Kruger National Park is Crocodile Bridge, 10km away and easily accessible for a day visit. But you can just as well spot elephants, buffalo and even lions from your doorstep or while relaxing on the veranda.

Komati Kruger Grande 5 Lodge takes its name from the family farm that originated in Letsitele, Limpopo Province. The Komati Fruit Group enjoy a unique relationship with their employees, producing citrus and sugarcane predominantly whilst jointly contributing towards the community.

Each of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and king size beds. Room No 5 link together and share a bathroom with one of the king size rooms, perfect for a family. Wrap yourself in crisp linen and enjoy your spacious bedrooms.

"We had the privilege to stay at Komati Kruger Lodge for 3 nights , early September. The location was absolutely amazing and a short drive from the main road but far enough to hear no traffic. We arrived late the afternoon and in front of us , stretched out, was the Crocodile river and the Kruger park! A extra piece of bliss was the full moon that was rising over this African landscape.

The interior finishes is done with superior comfort and a subtle undertone of attention to detail. Loved the easy living feeling. Felt welcome from the moment we sat our feet inside the front door. From the veranda overlooking the river and Kruger- you can see almost every animal from there without driving into the Kruger via the Kruger Komati Entrance that is only 5 mins drive from where we stayed.

The housekeeper at the lodge made sure that our fire was lid early evening and wood was supplied and kept the house clean and the done the dishes. What a blessing if you’ve travelled far and to be able to relax in total privacy! We can not wait to return." - Sebastiaan Kamstra.
